One thing I want to remember about today: Be consistent.
Personal:
  1. Pray 5 times with Taqbirah-e-oolah. (spiritual)
  2. Track my progress through daily journaling and make looms for 30 days.
  3. Work on my athleticism (mobility + strength)by going gym x5/ week. (Fitness)
Work:
  1. Make a 4-hour deep work session.
  2. Start posting on Instagram for 7 days to improve my communication.
  3. Make a practice edit every day to improve my editing skills.
Reminders:
. No one can waste my time except me.
. Small wins, win the seconds, win the hours. Don't overwhelm. Use the 2-min rule.

Day Start Section
Sleep and wake up time: 3:00 AM - 10:00 AM
5:30 AM: Started my day with Fajr
6:00 AM: Slept
10:00 AM: Woke up again and freshened myself
11:00 AM: Cleaned my desk
11:05 AM: Updated the MV sales team group with the daily agenda
11:15 AM: Watched the 0-2K Umair Bajwa video in the community
12:30 PM: Had breakfast and some conversation with my mother
1:30 PM: Left to pray Zuhr
2:00 PM: Returned home and prayed the remaining Sunnah and Nafl
2:30 PM: Returned to my desk to resume watching 9 to 5 video in the Smart Freelancing course in the community
5:40 PM: Left to pray Asr. Went for gasht (dawah) after Asr.
8:40 PM: Returned home and had dinner
9:50 PM: Left to pray Isha
10:20 PM: Returned home and scrolled some Instagram
10:45 PM: Wrote my daily journal in my notebook
12:00 PM: Updated my journal in the community and played FIFA on my PC
1:00 AM: Shut down my PC, prepared for sleep, and prayed Nafl and Quran
2:00 AM: Slept
