- Start making new connections without fear
🧠 Self-Improvement Areas (What I Must Fix)
- I am an introvert and feel hesitation when talking to new people.
- I often avoid conversations due to fear of others’ habits.
- I now realize this mindset is limiting my growth.
- This behavior directly affects:
- I want to break this pattern because staying the same is not an option.
- I am actively seeking guidance to improve my communication.
My Daily Routine:
I wake up at 4:30 AM. My alarm is set for 4:40 AM, but Allah helps me wake up earlier. At this time, everything is quiet and everyone is sleeping. My inner voice sometimes says, “You can sleep more and enjoy your rest.” I stop that thought, get out of bed, and prepare for prayer.
I go to the masjid for Fajr prayer. After Fajr, I recite Qur’an (Tilawat). This gives me positive energy and peace.
At 6:00 AM, I go for a morning walk. It warms up my body and refreshes my mind. During the walk, I listen to Surah Yaseen with Urdu translation. This makes me feel proud to be a Muslim, and I promise myself to repeat this routine every day.
At 7:00 AM, I return to my room and watch Sir Haroon’s video about focus. After watching, when I go near the bed, I feel sleepy again. This is a problem I want to fix, because this time is very productive, but I waste it by sleeping again.
I wake up again at 9:30 AM and prepare breakfast (anda paratha). It takes almost 1 hour, and I am slowly realizing that it takes too much of my time.
At 10:30 AM, I write my daily journal and share it in the Skool community. I also share the notes I prepared and give feedback to other community members.
At 11:30 AM, I go to the masjid for Zuhr prayer. I come back around 12:15 PM and start watching recorded classes on how to become a good VA, while making notes.
Around 1:20 PM, I take a 10-minute rest, then continue learning.
At 2:30 PM, I go for Asr prayer. I return at 3:00 PM and think about lunch.
At 3:30 PM, I eat cheese with dry fruits. After that, I talk with my roommate for some time.
At 4:00 PM, I iron my clothes and take a shower.
At 4:45 PM, I go to the masjid for Maghrib prayer. I return at 5:10 PM.
After coming back, I spend some time on social media. I scroll for about 20 minutes, then stop at 5:45 PM.
I take my dinner (daal chawal) and then go for Isha prayer at 7:00 PM.
After Isha, I had to go outside for some work, but the plan was cancelled at 8:00 PM. I felt very depressed, but then I reminded myself that Allah plans better. What I wanted might not have been good for me, and Allah always chooses what is best.
To refresh my mind and to overcome my introversion, I watched a football match (Saudi Arabia vs Jordan) on a big screen. I enjoyed the match, and Jordan won and qualified for the finals with Morocco.
At 10:30 PM, I returned home and spent some time with my family.
At 11:30 PM, I went to bed and slept.
🌟 One Thing I Want to Remember About Today
- Sometimes I think a certain work or plan is good for me.
- When it does not work out, I start feeling frustrated.
- Today, I reminded myself to rewire my thinking.
- I accepted that Allah’s plan is always more beneficial than what I think.
- Even if I do not understand it right now, I trust that Allah knows what is best for me.
