Assalam o Alaikum, I haven’t shared my journal for the last two days because honestly, I didn’t do anything. I’ve been feeling sleepy, lazy, and completely out of focus. Even when I wanted to get something done, I just couldn’t.
Today was the same another unproductive day where nothing happened. Literally today I fell asleep during class🤧
I've check my sleep pattern & it’s completely fine.
I really don’t like feeling this way, and I’m trying to figure out how to get rid of it and get back to my normal routine again.
