A smooth life is a dead one.
Saw a Reel a few days ago. It stuck with me, and I kept thinking about it yesterday.
We all want a smooth life. No ups and downs. Smooth like butter. Just constant happiness that never fades. That’s the dream, right?
But have you ever looked at an ECG?
ECG = electrocardiogram. It’s the visual of your heartbeat. The thing doctors read to know if your heart is alive.
And what does a healthy heart look like?
Peaks and valleys. High notes and low notes. Ups and downs, non-stop.
The moment that line goes flat… smooth… straight…
That’s when you know the heart stopped.
So maybe the chaos, the lows, the unpredictable turns aren’t the problem.
Maybe they’re proof you’re still alive. Still growing. Still beating.
Don’t pray for a flat line. Maybe that will be your end too.
