9.. 90% Businesses fail because they ignore (ICA)
  1. Ideal client avatar(ICA)- it is a detailed representation of your perfect customer. It goes beyond demographics and includes psychographics, behaves, goals, and challenges . Creating an ICA allows businesses to connect deeply with your audience, improving marketing strategies, messaging, and product offerings such as the ICA of Kafla “ 18-25 yrs boys struggling to fix their life”
  2. Why is the ideal client avatar important?
Without a clear ICA, businesses struggle with:
  • Poor marketing ROI- Ads and campaigns fail to attract the right audience.
  • Low conversion rates-offers don’t resonate leading to fever sales.
  • Brain confusion- A broad or vague audience weakens your brand message.
  • Waste the time and resources-are spread thin without a clear target.
  • Struggle with client retention-attracting the wrong line leads to dissatisfaction which may lower the client retention in the long-term.
  1. What problems does ICA solve?
  • Targeted marketing-no exactly where and how to reach your ideal client
  • Better product and service alignment-design solutions that fit your customers needs. Example 1 -I edit videos. This is wrong. Instead you should write I help coaches to attract clients by editing eye catching videos. Example 2- you are not offering a general service. You can offer specific service in which you specialize to customers who need specialization, such as a patient with pain in the ears will go to an ENT instead of a medicine doctor.
  • Effective messaging-speak directly to your audience pain points and desires.
  • Increased conversions- the right offer plus the right person or client equals to more sales.
  • Brand authority- become a go to expert in your niche.
  1. What happens if you don’t use an ICA?
  • Generic messaging-your marketing sounds bland and doesn’t connect. “ I’ll treat your health problem” this seems bland instead you should say “ I’ll treat the pain you feel in the bones “
  • Wasted ad spend- money goes into ads that reach the wrong people.
  • Time drain-trying to serve “ everyone “ leads to low efficiency.
  • Frustration and burnout- dealing with the wrong client leads to stress and low profits.
  • Inconsistent growth- lack of direction lead to random results instead of predictive revenue.
  1. Step-by-step to creating your ideal client avatar.
  • Step one- Identify basic demographics. Ask yourself:

  • 3. Where do they live?(city,country, rural/urban)
  • 4. What is their marital status?
  • 5. Do they have kids?
  • 6. What is their occupation and income level?
Example: 32 year old entrepreneur who runs a digital agency 100k/year and lives in New York.
25-year-old gamer who earns 100k/year through gaming and lives in Dubai.
  • Step two- Understand there are psychographics. Dive deeper into their thoughts, desires, and frustrations.

  • 2. What challenges keep them up at night?
  • 3. What believer values shaped their decision?

  • 1. What are their biggest struggle?
  • 2. What do they feel the most in their business/life?
  • 3. What has frustrated them about past solutions?
  • 4. What consequence will they face if they don’t solve these problems?
  • Example-they tried hiring free answers, but faced unreliable quality. They fear losing clients because they can’t consistently deliver results.
  • This is where you reassure about you and close the client.
  • Step 3- Find their online and off-line hangouts. Know where your ideal clients spend their time so you can reach them effectively.

  • 4. What books, blogs,or podcasts do they comsume?
  • Example: They follow Alex Hormozi, listen to “ My first million “, and are active in a “scaling agencies” Fb group.
  • Step 5: Mapout their buying journey. Understand how your ideal client moves from awareness to purchase:
  • a. Awareness- what triggers the search for a solution? What they have not done yet? Video edit without content strategy? Finance?
  • b. Consideration-what factors influence their decision? Social proof, testimonials, easy to work with, good communication.
  • c. Decision- what convinces them to choose you? Is it to work with?
  • d. How can you keep them as a long-term client if he is making money because of you you can’t be replaceable unless if he is a client with a wrong mindset. Example.: they real realize their agency needs better lead generation (awareness), research in different strategies(consideration), choose a done for your solution(decision), and stay for ongoing consulting retention
