3. Do something else: Shift your focus. Go for a walk, clean something, or talk to someone.
4. Set a time limit: Give yourself 5–10 minutes to think, then stop and move on.
5. Write it down: Dump all your thoughts on paper. It clears your mind.
6. Ask: Is it in my control? If not, let it go. If yes, make a small action plan.
7. Say STOP: Literally say “Stop!” in your mind when thoughts spiral.
8. Practice daily: It takes time to train your brain, but it gets easier.
