Aaj rest day tha, lekin rest ka matlab chup kr ky baith jana nahi. Pool chly gai 2-3 ghnty swim kiya, enjoy bhi hogya or cardio bhi ho gai.
🏋️ Gym: ❌ Rest day (planned)
🏃 Cardio: ✅ Swimming ~2–3 hrs (bachon ke saath pool 😅 | best cardio of the week!)
🍽️ Aaj ki diet:
• Morning: 2 walnuts + 5–6 almonds
• 8:30 nashta: 4 eggs (1 yolk) bhuji + salad + 35g white oats (in water)
• Pool jaate hue: ½ naan + chany (bacho k sath betha to khany ka dil kiya to half naan kha liya)
• 1:00 PM (bachon ke saath share): ½ naan + 4 sip Next cola
• Ghar aa kar: low-fat cow milk mango shake (no sugar) bht bhook lgi howi thi
• Dinner: chicken pulao --- 2 bari katori rice + 3 chicken pieces + 1 dahi raita

⚡ Aaj ka sabaq: Rest day pe carbs udd gaye --- naan, cola, 2 bari katori pulao + mango shake ne carbs 270g tak pahuncha diye. Protein phir ~50g target se kam (yeh meri recurring weakness ban rahi hai, fix karni hai). Par swimming ne asli cardio de diya, aur cheat thora controlled raha. Kal wapas deficit + protein priority pe. 1% grow daily 🔁
