🔑 Reflection
Alhamdulillah, today felt lighter compared to yesterday; the back pain subsided, and I managed to hit a solid leg day. Talking with Ammi gave me peace, and recording my journals kept me accountable.
The main focus now is to bring diet and sleep back into alignment, since training alone won’t carry me without recovery. Freelancing tasks must also be given priority along with fitness.
Discipline > Motivation.
