( Chest tricep and forearm day)
Chest :Started warmup with push-ups, 3 sets of incline bench, 3 sets of flat bench press , 3 sets of cable for lower chest
Tricep : 3 sets of rope pull down , 3 sets of single hand tricep , 3 sets of dips
Forearm : 3 exercises till failure
Also done a plank
Spend some time with friends
