Lunar Flow is where intuitive living and sisterhood meet. It all started with my personal journey of healing my cycle after coming off of hormonal birth control, and it has now become a guidebook and online community to help other women do the same. 📖 The guidebook is your map and resource hub. It includes all of the resources I've used on my journey (from podcasts to books to supplements and teas). It has phase-aligned yoga & meditation practices, journal prompts, and tarot spreads. It even has a dreamwork guide if you want to do deep inner work. 🫂 The community is a space for you to learn from and with other women, a space to be seen and heard, a space to shine your light and be held in darkness. It is a space to be curious and ask questions. 🌙 Please know that this space is not exclusive to women who aren't on hormonal birth control. This space is for any woman who wants to learn more about the menstrual cycle, who wants to strengthen their intuition, and who wants to develop a foundation of supportive daily practices that can feed them in any season.
