Hi everyone, my name is Natalia - the creator of Lunar Flow. It is an honor to have you here and I can't wait to connect! I currently live in Washington state, but grew up in Colorado. I am currently in grad school for Mental Health Counseling and am amidst my clinical internship as we speak. My focuses in counseling are somatics, nature-based healing, parts work, and subconscious and symbolic work. I am also a yoga teacher, meditation guide, tarot reader, writer, and singer of occasional songs hehe. Learning about my cycle and healing my relationship with it has changed my life, and developing a sturdy foundation of daily practices is what has saved me in the ebbs and flows of it all. That is what I'm here to help you do. I may not have all the answers, but I am in it WITH you. I am here to be curious and supportive.
