Nervous System Regulation Non-negotiable.
Your nervous system is the control center of your entire life. When its dysregulated, life feels heavy stress builds, focus is non-attainable, and you slowly slip into survival mode. But when it’s regulated? You step into clarity, creativity, flow state, and alignment. The #1 one thing we should be prioritizing when it comes to our wellbeing and overall wellness is our nervous system. It's going to dictate how we respond to everything, like partners, children, work relations, issues that rise, our businesses, and even how we show up to the bedroom (sexual energy) is affected by our CNS response. If it's in overdrive, then we just need to reconnect with the body, restore balance to bring it back to homeostasis, activate a release for chemical to shift the nervous system back into rest and digest. For example: Serotonin – stabilizes mood, supports digestion, and influences calmness; most is produced in the gut. Dopamine – when released in balanced, it enhances motivation and positive mood. Endorphins – natural pain relievers and mood elevators; they counteract stress hormones. Oxytocin – the “bonding/love hormone” that fosters feelings of safety, connection, and trust.
