Inquiries removal

Just got this message back from the cfbp:

“Inquiry: CBNA INQUIRIES ARE A FACTUAL RECORD OF FILE ACCESS. SHOULD YOU HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THIS INQUIRY WAS UNAUTHORIZ PLEASE CONTACT THE CREDITOR DIRECTLY AND FOLLOW THEIR INTERNAL FRAUD PROCEDURES”

I followed all the steps in the course and this is what they just came back to me. I sent in the dispatch like a month and and a week ago. And I also called them like 15 days after submitting but they said they didn’t get what I sent in.

Anyway they just got back to me with this message now.

Any ideas what I could do from now on to get these remote on my own?
