I want you to make one simple plant-based plate.
Use this easy formula:
1 starch + 1 bean or protein + 1 vegetable + 1 sauce or seasoning
Example:
Rice + black beans + peppers/onions + salsa
Baked potato + chickpeas + broccoli + vegan cheese or garlic sauce
Tortilla + refried beans + spinach + salsa
Pasta + lentils + marinara + mushrooms
Oatmeal + chia seeds + berries + cinnamon
Thatโ€™s it. No fancy ingredients. No complicated recipes.
