A new week doesn’t have to start with pressure or planning. It can start with something smaller, like noticing.
Before your mind starts getting overwhelmed, take one slow breath in and one slow breath out.
Instead of asking “What do I need to get done?”
try asking, “What do I need today?”
Here’s a creative prompt for the week:
If it feels supportive, take a few minutes to open your journal and respond to this:
“Right now, I feel…”
Let words, colors, or simple marks land on the page. You don’t have to explain anything, just let it show up on the page intuitively.
When you’re finished, notice if anything shifted… even a little.
