Today was my first day back in a proper gym, here was the workout:
3 x 45 second Bar hangs
3 x 12 drop step lunges
4x12 kettle bell swings ~50lbs
4x4 single arm dumbbell snatch
4x8 single arm dumbbell rows
6 minute row machine
stretches
