Today's Paddle Training Workout
I'll be away from the waves for a bit so I'm putting together a workout routine to build and maintain paddle strength/endurance. More to come on this, but here was today's workout.
1.5 Mile run with weighted vest
8 sets of (6 pull ups, 15 push ups, 8 drop step lunges each leg)
2 sets of 15 knees to chest abs crunches
cool down stretch
