Most people think their problem is discipline.
They believe if they just tried harder, stayed motivated, or found the right plan, everything would finally change.
But after coaching people for over 30 years I noticed something strange.
The people struggling the most were not lazy.
They were some of the hardest working people I knew.
Smart. Driven. Successful.
Yet they kept repeating the same patterns in their health, money, relationships, and habits.
So I started asking a different question.
What if the real driver of our behavior is not discipline at all?
What if something else has been quietly running the show the entire time?
Once you see it, you cannot unsee it.
And suddenly a lot of things about your life start making sense.
