“I eat pretty good.”“I know what to do.”“I meditate.”“I give great relationship advice.”

So what are we actually talking about here?
Because it’s not what you say you’re doing it’s what your life is showing.
And this is where people get stuck.
They argue for their effort. They defend their habits. They explain why it’s “mostly good.”
Meanwhile the evidence is sitting right there saying the opposite.
You don’t need more information, you need honesty.
If what you were doing was actually working… it would show.
You wouldn’t feel like crap. You wouldn’t be constantly starting over. You wouldn’t be reacting the same way over and over again......would you?
But instead of looking at that, people double down.
“I’m doing everything right.”“I just need more time.”“It’s just stress.”
No. You’re repeating a pattern and protecting it.
That’s the blind spot.
So take a minute today and actually look at your life.
Not your intentions. Not your effort. Your results!!!!!
Your body. Your energy. Your reactions. Your relationships. Your bank account.
That’s your evidence.
So where are you lying to yourself?
And more importantly… are you willing to see it, or are you going to keep defending it?
