Hi everyone
Hi, everyone, I’m Mary an outdoor enthusiast from Colorado.. I had a complete tear and retraction of both my hamstring and tendon while water skiing in Maine. Surgery was my only option and I am post surgery now. I’m surprised at how rare this injury is and how isolating it can be. I found it so difficult to find much information on it. I am so glad to have been introduced to this community and program.
