Hey everyone, if you log into your app you'll see I've schedule the first week for an example of how you could set up your workouts for the week. Move things around as you see fit, and make it work for you.
Also, do the workouts in order- if you can only get 2-3 this week, continue where you left off last week (e.g. If you did Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 in Week 1, start on Day 4 in week 2.)
