Planting my Gut Garden🙌
I took my My 1st Capsule of Mega Spore this morning 8am. 🚀 So far so good! I’m getting their 1st Supper ready😹 I steamed potatoes & am letting them cool so they get their fav food: non-resistant starch???
Also craving Sauerkraut!
