Morning Hydration Recipe #1
I am posting this information in case you are confused about how to start with your SporBiotic. Please let me know if you have any questions.
FIRST WEEK: Introduce the "SporeBiotic only" (amount determined by your belly sensitivity). Go to the page " Introduction to SporBiotics & Fiber" and read the instructions.
SECOND WEEK: You can begin adding small amount of fiber if you have acclimated to the SporBiotic.
THIRD & FOURTH WEEKS: You need to continue listening to your body and adding Sporebiotic and Pre-biotic fibers as tolerasted.
