  • A private online Members Club with simple tips, reminders and support between classes
  • Regular testing so you can see your progress and share updates with your doctor
This is for people who:
  • Don’t want a normal gym
  • Feel a bit unsteady, stiff or tired and want to feel safer on their feet
  • Want to keep travelling, gardening and keeping up with family for as long as possible
