This live class is a deep dive into transforming a basic T-shirt into a cohesive, flattering design — intentional, balanced, and wearable. We’ll analyze multiple garments step-by-step as I share how I think and make design decisions. This class is about more than sewing - it’s about creating garments that hold meaning. I'll walk you through several of my own upcycled pieces, each made from 'memory' garments. We’ll look at what I did and why. You’ll also see close-up details of construction and finishing, so you can apply these ideas in your own work. I plan to provide a printable PDF of garment details and examples so you can follow along and refer back as you design your own memento pieces.
