The struggling word!
Many years ago, before the turn of the century. I used to struggle saying a word and it always took me several attempts before i could say something similar to it. There was also a big thing about it coming to that time when all the electronics will crash, the internet would stop working, computers would freeze. Yes, the word i had trouble saying was "millenium", i can say it now with no problem but around 1998 i couldn't say it very well. There was nothing stopping me from saying it properly, i just couldn't get my tongue around to say it properly.
When my daughter was young (very young) she couldn't say the word "sausages" but this was because she had an unusually long tongue. We took her to see a specialists who said that we shouldn't worry at this early stage, she will pick it up in time but if she doesn't, then bring her back. Yes it did fix itself in time and she has no problem now, but this had a cause so it is understandable. Mine was just my brain not telling my tongue right.
