In Houston, One Person’s Trashed Car Becomes Everyone’s Treasure
Texans spend a lot of time in their cars. But once a year, they converge at the Art Car Parade to celebrate those who transform rundown vehicles into masterpieces on wheels.

Thirty years ago, there was a young man in my village. He loved fixing and changing cars. He did not have much money, but he had great ideas. He often drove through the village with very special car horns. I am sure he could go to the Houston Art Car Parade and win a prize. He was really one of a kind.
