New habit: walking 🧠🫁🫀🔋❤️
I finally pushed myself to go out and walk for at least an hour.
I decided to take this step and turn it into a daily habit, every morning 10,000 steps!
I’ll come back after 30 days and share the difference, inshallah 🥰
