The headquarters of Shinto is located in Shimane prefecture, the religion is Japan's oldest one, and all of gods in Japan are gathering there this month to have a meeting. So, October is called non-gods month 神無月in Japan. It means that if you're not there, it is an opportunity to do bad things, because gods cannot see you. I need to come up with a good idea within the next 20 days, before the end of this month.
