Cold inland
Mate, it is bloody cold in the inland of the Kangaroo Land. Let’s have some coffee, Vegemite and handmade noodles.
This was the first time I tried to make authentic handmade noodles with my Melbourne roommate in Adelaide. It was fun and tough while making the “noodles”. Finally, it was not like normal noodles. But however, it came up and the taste was alright. I had the Aussie Vegemite version and my Melbourne roommate had traditional Chinese style with soy sauce and chilli sauce.
