A nostalgic feeling
I attended Coach Shane's live class for the first time today. When I noticed the class had been underway, I first hesitated because it came suddenly since it was an unscheduled one, but I dared to go there. I tried to put my question, but I lost good timing... Anyway, I got the first step. Feeling embarrassed is somehow like going back to being a kid and it is really precious.
