when I walked past a flower bed this morning on the way to the library,I found a little black cat died in the corner of the flower bed, when I realized this cat might die because of the cold weather--it's really cold recently in my city, especially at night, I felt broken hearted, wanted to cry, even didn't have the courage to see this dead cat, what can I do?what can we do ?🥺I know there are many stray animals in cities, not only in my city.
