Hi Bill, I am struggling with Genesis 1. We see God creating all of the plants on day three. But, they do not have the kind of light for photosynthesis. On day four God creates the sun, which would allow photosynthesis and keep the plants alive. Some say that a day to God is like 10,000 for us, and that when we see “day” that it’s not to be taken literally. Can you explain how the plants were created and lived before sunlight?

I love Proverbs. It's convicting, practical. and sometimes humourous.

I am way behind but hope to catch up. Probers was a good book to start with.

I started the classroom section on Proverbs. Proverbs 1, it left me with these words, "the waywardness of the simple will kill them...whoever listens to God will live in safety".
