They’re feeling into your PRESENCE. Your STORY. Your VOICE. Only, they may not be verbally communicating that is that they are doing, but its what you need to communicate to THEM. Your Leadership Voice is not about speaking louder. It’s about standing out and communicating what makes you UNIQUE in the role you have - how to compete with the 1000s or tens of 1000s of people that also do what you do!
