This week we’re practicing something foundational—yet often overlooked—when it comes to powerful leadership:
PRESENCE.
Specifically, using the Presence Triangle—a 3-part framework I created to help leaders (myself included) lead with grounded clarity, not reaction.
🧭 Your Challenge:
VOICE: Record a short voice note or video message of your leadership intention this week. Practice different tones? How does it feel?
BODY: Before a meeting or tough conversation, stand still for 60 seconds. Notice your posture and breath. What shifted?
STORY: Journal one belief that might be dimming your leadership. Then reframe it into a truth you want to live into—and read it aloud.

Which corner of the triangle—Voice, Body, or Story—did you learn the most from?
What did you notice when you practiced presence?
