Noticing
What I noticed during the body scan meditation is how much I've been ignoring what's going on in my body. Not judging like good or bad, just noticing that the muscles in my legs and back are tight and maybe it's time to start the practice of stretching again. The only time I pay attention is when there is some kind of sharp pain that really forces its way into my awareness.
