This has been a not good week for following the instructions. I think about eating mindfully occasionally, just not when I'm eating. I've gotten in the habit of eating either at my desk during the day or in front of the TV at night. Which results in constant distraction. On a more meta level, the same is true most everywhere else. There is usually an audiobook, a podcast, or music playing in the background from the time I get up to the time I go to bed. Working on something during meetings.
It's been really challenging to just do one thing at a time and eliminating the self-created distractions.
