REM sleep optimization
been doing a small break from smoking in order to break the loop of doing it everyday and depending on it. Been sober for 2 weeks and 1 day now planning on going at least 3 weeks. The ultimate goal is to adjust my Rem sleep as I have been waking up early to work and have long days pretty much no rest.
What would be some advices you have in order to have better sleep even when indulging in occasional smoking
