I had such a great time this weekend going to ecstatic dance in Nyack, NY! I felt so much joy and decided to share that happy vibe with you 💕. My biggest passion is dance, mostly free style conscious dance. It is my medicine, my meditation, my healing practice, my connection to Divine, my flow, my joy. Becoming a movement teacher totally changed and healed me. I actually added 2 zoom recordings of my online classes to our classroom. I did it during Covid, it’s called ‘Energize your body’. When I lived in Ukraine 8th of March was one of the biggest holidays. Men will usually bring flowers not only to romantic partners, but to female friends too 💐🌸🌹. We would always get flowers or small gifts at work too. It was a lot of parties 🎉. If you are celebrating have fun!!! 💃
