Hibachi Sunsets.
This tiny $27 Hibachi stove has become such a massive part of my life. To say I love it is an understatement πŸ™Œ
I have no stove or power so hibachi it is!
It’s completely changed how I cook and eat. I light it almost every night and cook outside on it… even in the snow πŸ˜‰
For something so small and simple, it’s brought me an incredible amount of joy. And the food that comes off this tiny cooker is honestly insane.
Tonight’s dinner is basically β€œwhatever needs to be eaten from the garden before winter” πŸ˜‰
Vegetables over coals, fresh herbs, and cream cheese stuffed peppers.
My belly is excited 🀍
