Welcome to Little Hill Lawrence.
I’m rebuilding my life on a small piece of land in a quiet, rural part of New Zealand, one day at a time.
After a decade of building a chocolate business and making over 6 tonnes by hand, life changed — and I found myself starting again. Now I live simply in a small cabin, creating from nature, teaching chocolate in a gentler way, and slowly working toward the cottage I’m meant to have.
Here you’ll find the real days:
fixing little corners, making things slowly, cooking over the fire, gardening, gathering, and enjoying the little things.
This is a space for the makers, the wanderers, and anyone quietly starting over.
