A slow life, one day at a time
I didn’t plan this life.
A few years ago, everything changed, and I found myself starting again — on my own, with no clear plan.
I had this small piece of land, and not much else.
So I began quietly.
I started creating with my hands again — making things from nature, teaching chocolate in a slower way, cooking over coals, and slowly working toward the little cottage I’m meant to have, while living simply in the tiny cottage I built.
Some days feel peaceful.
Some feel heavy.
But all of it is real.
This space is where I’m sharing that life as I rebuild it — one day at a time.
