A Productive Week of Automation & Infrastructure 🚀
Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a quick recap of what I’ve been heads-down on this week. It’s been a high-energy few days of building, breaking, and improving workflows. Here’s a look behind the scenes: 1. n8n Infrastructure & Redundancy I’ve been working on a more robust backup system for my n8n workflows. The goal is to sync everything automatically to both Google Drive and GitHub. It’s been a bit of a battle, my instance crashed about six times during testing, but I’m making progress on making it bulletproof. Reliable backups are everything! 2. AI Personal Assistant in Production I finally moved my AI Personal Assistant into full-time use. It’s been amazing to see it handle real tasks in production. I’m currently waiting on some feedback from a client to see how we can implement a similar architecture for their team. It’s one thing to build it, it’s another to see it live. 3. Social Media Publisher (Notion -> LinkedIn/X) The highlight of the week was getting my new Social Media Publisher up and running. It pulls data from Notion and handles daily posts to both LinkedIn and X. I’m already planning the next phase of features for it, including: - "Voice DNA" to keep the writing style consistent. - Automated image generation directly within the posts. - Connecting with Gamma for presentations and Heygen for AI video (this one is going to be a fun challenge). It feels great to have these systems working in the background so I can focus on the creative side of things. What workflows have you guys been perfecting this week? Would love to hear what you’re building!

I booked 12 calls from 1 linkedin post (without even dm'ing them)
Hey guys, After several months of trial and eror with linkedin content, i finally cracked the code. And it booked me a total of 12 calls pure from this post alone with no outreach Here are several things I learn: 1. Lead magnet is the key: If you are giving away something for free, people attention will be instantly grabbed. I ask people to comment to get the playbook almost 300 people commented 2. If your credible enough from your post and it's easy to book calls with you, people will obviosuly do that. I myself put my calendar link all over my profile (headline, feature, website) 3. Get help from other people in similar niches to boost your content, really help getting your content spread out more. The first 5 minutes is very crucial, so get as much engagement on that 5-10 first minutes after you post 4. Most of my post that went 100k+ impressions doesnt even book a single call, this one is under 2k 5. People keep saying automatic post lower engagement, all my post that went well are automatic so that is not true 6. Make the structure of your writing as interesting as possible, dont just write long sentences with no spaces. This work for some but not for me so depending on the niches obviously 7. Post every day, the more you post the faster you iterate and see what works and Anywho, if you want to learn more about the linkedin operating system specific for ai automation, hit me up.

Hey , just wanna share this quick tips
Hi all—I've been struggling with keeping my LinkedIn posts consistent without repeating myself and I know a lot of people here have been too. I spent some time working through it last week, and here’s a simple way I solved it for less than $10/m: 1. Do a quick scan of top creators in your niche — grab their best hooks and angles. 2. Download a summary of what’s performing (I pull it weekly). 3. Rework it in your own tone — keep the structure, swap the story. If anything is unclear, let me know. Hope this helps you 🙏
👋 Hey LinkedIn Growth Circle, I’m Kennedy!
Super excited to be here and learn alongside all of you. A bit about me: I stumbled into AI not because I was “techy” but because I kept seeing the same painful pattern everywhere — businesses drowning in manual replies, burning money on repetitive work, and losing sales simply because no one replied fast enough. I became obsessed with one question:👉 “What if conversations themselves could become automated revenue streams?” That question led me into the world of AI chatbots, automation, and content systems — where I’ve been helping brands cut wasted time, create smarter workflows, and unlock new revenue by letting AI handle the heavy lifting while humans focus on strategy. What I love most: seeing how AI isn’t just a shiny tool, but a real business partner — like a 24/7 teammate who never gets tired. I’m here to: - Share what’s worked (and what’s flopped) in my automation journey. - Learn from the brilliant systems others here are building. - Exchange ideas on how we can help businesses adopt AI without overwhelm ✨ Side note: I’ve also been diving into white-label AI tools and exploring how people are turning them into recurring-revenue businesses. If anyone here is experimenting with that, I’d love to compare notes. Looking forward to connecting, swapping insights, and building smarter together 🚀 — Kennedy Maweu Consider it Scaled with AI.
