Hi all, new here! I’ve been following along with Amanda for a while now, but life has been super crazy for me these past 4 years as I navigated working full time, parenting 2 amazing kids (ages 13 and 16) and also I was going to school for my doctorate in education. I just graduated (yay!) in December and now feel like I have the time to put towards my personal wellness again. Ironically my dissertation was on law student well-being and the importance of holistic wellness with making sure we are looking at all dimensions to thrive and flourish. I have worked in higher education for 20 years, currently as Director of Admissions for a law school, so my habits need to be travel friendly.
January 1 I decided to make some changes with meal planning and creating a fitness plan for myself, but joined here for accountability, ideas, and support. Looking forward to this journey to a healthier and more confident me!
