Thing that must go: back injuries
Back in October, I strained my back pretty damn well deadlifting. Almost four months later, I'm still struggling with it. Any time it seems like I'm progressing in lower body, the aching starts and I'm dropping weight more and more.
I know how to treat it, I know it's not a huge step backwards, but it's still quite discouraging how long this is taking.
I'm just griping right now is all. This suuuucks.
