As October is around the corner and I am getting feedback for a monthly challenge… I had a few ideas but would like to hear yours:
We could do daily themes like:
🥅 Goal Setting & Accountability Check ins on Sundays
🩷 Wear Pink every Wednesday (started by who is a breast cancer survivor). ⚡️ Flip Cup Friday - play flip cup with your preworkout / Energize
(what other ideas do you have???)
Or we could do one big theme for the month and stay honed in on that.
