February Week 1
  • What’s going well this week?
My meal planning. I have consistently met my protein goal and staying on track with making smart decisions, but also allowing myself some treats (I love Garrett’s popcorn from Chicago and we get that shipped here as a treat!).
Adapted my workouts due to scheduling stuff, but still have gotten in 3 workouts so far this week (2 cardio and 1 strength).
  • What support would help right now?
Meal planning ideas. I’m doing good this week but trying to shake it up and not do the same 4 meals every week. Looking for family friendly meals. My boys are pretty good at eating most things now that they’re teenagers.
