Main exercise on back day is deadlift. I normally use the hex bar for deadlift but have have told my PT the goals I want to achieve by the end of the year, and so she gives me the straight bar 🤦🏼♀️
So every week she increases the weights and decreased the reps, but this week is a deload week so it's okish weights and low reps 🙏🏼
She wants me to video my lifts so she can check my technique and correct anything....so I am waiting on her thoughts about my 'slapped arsed resting bitch' face as someone walks across my camera 🤦🏼♀️🤣
Anyway, this weights is 87.5kg just from different angles and seemed ok 🤦🏼♀️
