April goals
Hey all! Happy April 2nd.
Goals for April -
1) drink 16 oz of water each morning before any other food or beverage
2) close my exercise ring (30 minutes) at least 18 days this month.
3) use my scale to see progress with weight loss, muscle mass, body water, and body fat (using data for progress!!).
