A little intro
Hi! I’m Becca- nearly 44 and living in Stroudsburg, PA with my husband and my Wheaten Terrier, Evie. Our 18 yo son just left for college in FL which is both fabulous and heartbreaking, and if you’ve experienced it you know what I mean! I’m here to build community, give and get support and accountability, and to learn and thing or two. I’ve hit that stage where I’m learning my body all over again (just after I’d started to know and like her!), and I’d really like to gain appreciation for myself.
